Very efficient and effective. He listens to my concerns and responds accordingly with a professional eye. He is good with his follow up appointments, and I credit his staff for their thoughtful timetabling and phone calls when necessary. Dr Gupta and the staff are absolutely excellent at what they do. Very punctual , courteous and great at answering all questions. Their practice is a 10/10 for me and my family. Yes busy like many speciality offices; If planned ahead they will take care of whatever capable of dermatologically. Defiantly a top notch office. I appreciate the fact that he’s very sharp/ straightforward and wont try to biopsy moles unnecessarily. Thanks Dr. Gupta and staff for making every visit a pleasant visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta since 2014 my family Dr. Referred me to him and told me he was the best in the city. When his staff called and set up my first appointment they informed me that there could be a wait due to people needing a biopsy which he cannot control until he sees his patients so with that in mind I have had two appointments per year some were very fast and others took some time due to biopsies having been taken which I have had several done over the years. I find him and his staff very apologetic when they are running behind but I do understand the situation and appreciate him taking the time and care to take care of the issue at hand. I have also been sent to the hospital after some results of my biopsies and the Doctors there have commented on how well he did removing the skin tissue and removing the problem from the area and didn’t require any surgery due to his taking care when working on me so if I have to wait a little longer some days I am good with that knowing I am in good hands with him and his staff. I give his staff a lot of credit for always being patient and understanding and they also have worked with him for many years working at a high pace during many busy days. Thank you all. I have went there multiple times and was prescribed the same non working things every time. Galaxal Base and Corticosteroids is all he ever offers. I asked if he knew any natural remedies but he said he only knew medicine even though this is his chosen profession. My Sister worked for him and would continually tell me of his incompetence. Family and friends of mine would go to his office only to wait a long time and then have only a few minutes of non helpful similar medicines offered. I would really like to say something nice but there is nothing to be said about a doctor who seems like he is only in it for the money.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Gupta having visited both the London and Sarnia offices. The Sarnia office closed down over 5 years ago. It was a modest sized office with about 20 chairs in the waiting room; the London office is more spacious. I have found the doctor and staff to be pleasant and courteous. The doctor is knowledgeable, caring, good bed side manner, and pays attention to detail. The office Manager and her staff are terrific. The wait times have decreased markedly over time with the London office being run more efficiently.

went to his temporary Sarnia office once. It had 9 chairs in the waiting room & at least 20 patients waiting, some were elderly & standing!! My wait was over 3 1/2 hours, he looked at the spots on my back for 20 seconds & told me to make another app't to come back & have these spots 'mapped'. I told him "You'll never see me again & your staff could have 'mapped' my back in the 3+ hrs I waited to see you!" I've spoken to several others with similar complaints about him. Thankfully a younger & excellent Dermatologist started a new practice in Sarnia 2 years ago.

I have severe eczema. I am glad that dr. Gupta is my dermatologist. He is knowledgeable and is able to prescribe me the medications needed to control my disease. He spends time talking to me. The wait time is generally less than 15 minutes. Excellent, helpful staff. Very pleased with my experience at his office.
