Healthcare is difficult these days, and Dr. Pacheco is caring, professional and well informed speaking with me on my level and ensures that I understand the befores and afters of procedures. Although cautious, he is not alarmist when he dealt with my issues. I cannot expect him to recall every detail of every patient he sees - especially those who are not "regulars" - so I felt it was reasonable for me to remind him of issues I've been going through. I have been very pleased with his care on my behalf.

Horrible and inept doctor. Rude. I've never been to a doctor who was more disinterested in having a decent "bedside" manner or actually listening to a patient. He kept interrupting me, made sarcastic remarks, and actually blamed me for my condition. Needless to say, I went to another gastroenterologist who listened and helped me and cured my condition. Stay far away from this creep. (Oh, and his office staff was also terrible. Screwed up appointments left and right.)

I have been going to Dr. Pacheco for several years and have found him to be an extremely competent physician. He has the qualities you look for in a doctor, intelligence and compassion. Several friends of mine who are also under his care feel the same way. More physicians should be like him. I cannot relate to the previous review at all.

I have known Dr. Pacheco for many years. Although he is busy, he always calls me back, answers my questions and coordinates my care expeditiously. He is very knowlegable about GI issues and I understand he is also a great liver specialist. His staff, especially Angela, is great!!
