I AGREE WITH FIRST COMMENT. mY SON WAS SEEN BY HIS DR. AND COULD NOT HOLD DOWN ANTIBIOTICS. i TOOK HIM TO PEDIATRIC ACUTE CARE AND HE TOLD ME THAT MY SON DIDNT HAVE STREP BECAUSE HIS TEST WAS NEG IN OFFICE...I TRIED TO TELL HIM THAT HE WAS ON AN ANTIBIOTIC AND THE TEST WOULD COME UP NEGATIVE....HE REFUSED TO GIVE HIM A SHOT OR MORE MEDS SO I PAID 25$ AND MY INSURANCE HAD TO PAY HIM FOR NOTHING AND MY SON HAD TO SUFFER........AVOID HIM AND THAT WHOLE PLACE!

We saw Dr. Haq at Pediatric Acute Care. He misdiagnosed my daughter's staph infection as chicken pox, in spite of the fact that it did not look or behave like chicken pox in any way, and in spite of the fact that she had not been exposed to chicken pox. Unfortunately, it was the weekend, and our regular pediatrician's office was closed, so we couldn't see a good doctor. He saw her twice that weekend, and misdiagnosed her both times. By the time Monday rolled around and she could see her regular pediatrician, she the infection was so out of control that she was unable to walk or bear weight on her legs, and she was covered in boils. If it had been a long weekend instead of a regular weekend, she could have wound up in the hospital at the very least, and possibly died at the very worst. I'm not a doctor, but in my opinion, any doctor who can't tell the difference between chicken pox and a staph infection presenting as boils is a complete idiot. AVOID HIM!
