Never had a problem w/Dr. Clement or his staff in 13 years. So far, so good...
Kind and compassionate with knowledgeable staff and very helpful.
Worst Doctor & staff. This Doctor doesn't care to listen to you. He would ask you a question only to cut you off to ask you something else. You don't get the chance to finish explaining. It's like he is rushing the visit. The previous comment mentioned he treats people with courtesy & respect. Well I'm sorry, I find that hard to believe. The staff is not that great. I have found another doctor who cares about my health & listens.
Dr. Clement and his staff have ALWAYS treated my family with courtesy and respect, and they make us feel that our health is important to them--they treat us like valued patients, not just "customers." I have a condition which requires me to see Dr. Clement several times a year, and I've never had a bad experience with his office! Dr. Clement's staff, Annette, Rebecca and Julia, are kind and caring and do their best to accommodate my family's healthcare needs, whether it be over the phone when we have questions or need to schedule appointments or while we're in the office--everyone there makes us feel comfortable and secure. These ladies have helped me in so many ways, including offering support and comfort when I was distressed over tests I needed to have performed! I can't put into words how soothing and reassuring it was to talk with Annette when I allowed info from Google to get into my head, lol! These women exemplify what the staff of a medical office should be and ensure I always leave the office with a smile and a positive attitude! Dr. Clement is thorough and professional. He clearly explains any medical issues in a clear and concise manner. During my last visit, when I commented about being unable to adequately describe my condition to my family, he offered to explain it to them for me! <--How awesome is that?!?!!! Dr. Clement is straight-forward when telling us what we need to do to improve our health, even when it's something that may be hard to hear. <-(Lose weight, exercise more, reduce sugar intake etc. Occasionally, he softens his suggestions with a smile--I love when that happens, lol!) He isn't wishy-washy, and he doesn't sugar-coat things. Dr. Clement is very direct, which at first caught me off guard, but I've come to appreciate his matter-of-fact approach because it doesn't feel like he is attempting to shame me about my bad habits or judging me for them--he is just telling it like it is, and he always follows with advice and tips on how to carry out his recommendations. If you expect to be mollycoddled or pandered to, Dr. Clement may not be the best choice for you, but if you are looking for a competent, intelligent, no-nonsense type of doctor, who is available when you need him, really knows his stuff and has a superb staff, look no further! Though we have only been with his office for 2 & 1/2 years, Dr. Clement and his staff have earned my family's trust and loyalty! We expect his office will manage our healthcare well into the future and are darned glad of it!!!
Was the worst experience at a Doctors office I ever had, stay with away from Dr. Clement he is horrible. Blue Cross should remove him as a provider.
I've only been to this office a couple of times and since then have found a new doctor. His nurse is rude. The girls in the front are nice. When being seen by this doctor you can not speak. I was explaining my condition and was told to stop and hold on in mid sentence. Not very good bedside manners. On my second visit I tried explaining to the doctor how I had left messages for the nurse to call me back and I had never received a phone call back. He change the subject as if he did not want to hear this. Upon checking out the girl was nice but the nurse had to many smart comments say and didn't let the girl finish giving me my paperwork. Very unprofessional and clearly unorganized.
Do not go see this doctor! I have been in to Dr. Clement for a few routine visits and it has been ok. Recently I went in with swollen glands and a consistent low grade fever. I was interrogated by a medical student for nearly 30 minutes, then by Dr. Clement for another 10. He then feels my neck and tells me "yeah, you're swollen, but you can feel glands in everyone if you try. You just need to CHILL OUT!" This so called professional doctor told me to "chill out" and then shoved me out the door. I have since been to a new physician, was diagnosed and had surgery to remove a mass of severe infection in my neck. All is well, but I was told by my new doctor that they were absolutely SHOCKED that my doctor ordered no tests and did not even schedule a follow-up visit. I will NEVER go back here and will be spreading the word. It's one thing to miss something, it's another to tell a patient with legitimate concerns that it’s “all in their head.” Unacceptable!
Not bad for run of the mill stuff - some wait but usually not too long. Nurse is nice, front office people not great - usually not even at their desk and they rarely even look at you when you speak. I do find Dr. Clement a bit rude - he will tell you to be quiet if you speak when not asked and I honestly think he believes women are a bit stupid in general. I've tried multiple other doctors in that group and none of them are great - time for a change but I can't find a soul that is happy with their family practice doctor in East Orlando :(
Do not use this Doctor, per he is not knowledgeable. He is only good for minor treatment, such as colds. I almoast died, per he did not know what I had, even after he looked at my urine sample, which was dark brown colored urine (infection was obvious). I also had very servere pain in my lower left side. By the way, his heavy-set blonde Nurse is very rude too. So, I went to the emergency hospital to be treated, and needed surgery (gal bladder problem). When I was in the hospital, I was also told by doctors that I had a bladder infection caused by the gal-bladder problem. The hospital Doctors also told me that Dr. Clement was over medicating me for blood pressure (pills I took every month). And, two of the medicines should never be used together, per severe health risks to me.
