Service is terrible, no level of cleanliness the EPA needs to be in there it’s so nasty! And very unprofessional as well as overpriced!

This Dr. is a bitter old man, was mean and wouldn’t let me speak when trying to ask him questions about a procedure. Needs to retire already.

This nurse needs her license revoked she gave my father morphine, pills to take and was not his nurse. She should be having her arizona license revoked for murder
