Acupuncture Center Toronto is my clinic of choice for cosmetic acupuncture. My face responds well to treatments and I find that my acne is controlled after a few appointments. I love that I don’t have to take prescriptions or apply harsh creams instead I just go for acupuncture! Sounds weird but it really works!! It’s also surprisingly relaxing. The treatment room is decorated so elegantly and is always clean and organized. Sarah is skilled and although needles in the face are never going to be great, her technique is such that the discomfort is minimal and never lasts long. Overall worth it. Sarah has been my family’s acupuncturist for over 10 years. My husband and I both go to see her. Even my teenagers have received excellent care. What we like about Sarah is that she listens to what we want worked on and delivers a treatment that truly feels like custom care. She always does an intake and goes beyond our ailment. She wants to know about our sleep, energy levels, stress, emotional state etc. I always leave feeling so good! The clinic location could not be any better. Being right near Yonge and Bloor makes it easy to get to from work or home and especially convenient for our son who can take transit and make an after school appointment. The clinic space is usually very quiet. Noise when receiving acupuncture or a massage is very important to me. I really hate it when a healing space is noisy! If there is some outside noise, it doesn’t last long. Although the clinic doesn’t have its own receptionist, someone always gets back to us very quickly to book/respond. I remember when we first started seeing Sarah many years ago when she was less busy. Now sometimes we may have to wait a few days or a week to get our preferred treatment time but it’s so worth it because she’s the best. She also is lovely to chat with as a person (sidenote). Usually, I’m pretty quiet as I said and like some quiet time to relax with the needles in and that is always respected and I’m given the space. I highly recommend Sarah.

Sarah is a pro. There's no other way to describe her. She's a leader in the field because she truly understands customer service and knows her stuff!. Her and her team are all extremely lovely, excellent at what they do and waste no time working on your ailment. I have been seeing Sarah for shoulder issues related to a skiiing accident. I was told I needed surgury however reluctantly opted for acupuncture. Not only have I avoided surgury on my shoulder but my range of motion is back to normal and I am pain free all thanks to Sarah's hard work.

Sarah Kreitzer at Acupuncture Center Toronto is a healing goddess! I came with several chronic pain issues and was very reluctant about acupuncture. After the first session I could already see improvement. My low back felt lighter and looser and it didn't hurt to sit for long periods of time. I committed to a series of treatments and afterwards my pain was gone. Something that I really like about her care is that she doesn't push treatments that aren't necessary like some chiropractors have. She checked in every couple sessions and when my mobility and pain was at a manageable level, she recommended spacing them out which shows me she cares not only about money but about respecting her clients time (and bank acccount). I also feel like she is professional and approachable and always willing to explain why she is using certain techniques. I fell in love with cupping too. I'd highly recommend her clinic!
