Absolutely great doctor with an aging staff. The people at the reception area could improve a bit and be prepared to wait, but she is a great doctor, it's worth it.

I went to this clinic for the Allurion gastric balloon procedure. While I found Dr. Bhargava knowledgeable, her clinic manager who I’ve been following up with is completely useless. After swallowing the balloon, I thought I was supposed to follow Dr. Bhargava and the clinic manager for an x-ray, and while they didn’t know I was following behind them into the hallway, the clinic manager burst into laughter, obviously laughing at my attempts at swallowing the balloon. After the laughter, they noticed I was behind them, and ushered me back into the room and THEN communicated to me that the x-Ray would happen in the room. The follow up phone call after the procedure was one week later, the clinic manager called and the phone call was approx 1 minute. The dietician is no better, she did not listen to me when she called, emails meal plans, and like the clinic manager, generally doesn’t care. The scale doesn’t work like it should, doesn’t always register my weight, and same situation with the watch. The watch randomly shuts off during workouts, and deletes info from random days. Ive gone back to my Apple Watch and a separate weight tracking app, so I can accurately see my results. If there are other clinic options for the gastric balloon procedure, I’d definitely recommend a pass on this place.

The first time I prepared for my colonoscopy the anesthesiology did not show up and I had to wait for two additional hours for my procedure. I guess they then rushed the procedure and I received a phone call saying it was not clear and would have to be done again. Two weeks later I went through the prep work again (no small feat) and when I arrived they took my healthcare and gave me more paperwork to fill out. About a half hour after completing the paperwork they called me up to tell me I had the wrong date. I produced my paperwork which showed I was scheduled for today and the receptionist said there had been a mix up and I was given the wrong date. After prep work for a colonoscopy TWICE, I am left with no results. I have wasted a huge amount of time and money for the prep solution and NOTHING!!!!! This clinic and the doctor are totally inefficient. I will not be going back in two more weeks for the THIRD COLONOSCOPY they have scheduled. THREE COLONOSCOPY PREPS IN SIX WEEKS - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will have my doctor find a clinic that knows what they are doing before I have another colonoscopy.

This doctor and their staff are extremely unprofessional. It’s all about business to them and they do not care about their patients at all. The nurse first of all put the I.V. In the my arm rather than my hand causing I.V. Infiltration. Dr.Bhargava does not care about her patients, she made me wait so long for a follow up appointment along with the mistake with the MRI requisition form by sending a blank fax paper to the hospital. This is the reason why Canada’s healthcare is going downhill as these individuals are in the profession for the wrong reasons; money. Do not go to her if you have severe symptoms as the waiting process may cause you to get more ill.

I saw Dr. Bhargava as a first time colonoscopy patient. I found her to be professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. The procedure was quick and easy and she explained exactly what was happening and any future steps required. I was very comfortable with Dr. Bhargava. Highly recommend

WOW! What an amazing clinic, staff and doctor! I would highly recommend this location and doctor for all your endoscopy needs. The clinic is brand new with a professional feeling along with a team of caring, friendly staff! I cannot recommend this facilty any higher than 5-I would if I could.

I went to Dr. Reena Bhargava's clinic in Richmond Hill on Sep 18,2018, for both colonoscopy and gastroscopy. My first time ever for the colonoscopy. Little bit worried. However, Dr. Bhargava and her team are so reassuring, efficient and kind that I finally relaxed down and finished the two medical checks smoothly and quickly. Thank you Dr. Bhargava and your team. Dr. Bhargava is my doctor and I find her to be very knowledgeable and sincere. She listened to my symptoms and I felt as if she really cares. My brother also goes to her and I went because of his recommendation. I would send any of my family members and friends to her without hesitation.
