Arrogant and dismissive. Does not listen. Misdiagnosed me with "brain-gut axis", told me there's nothing he could do yet my later EGD with another GI come back with chronic bile reflux. I emphasized to him that my symptoms point to biliary pathology many many times and he just wouldn't listen. Perfect example of the broken health "care" in Ontario.
