As soon as we walked in we were welcomed in a friendly professional manner. The office is very clean! When we got taken to the room the assistant came in and was extremely knowledgeable of my psoriasis and rosacea. She was also training another girl and explained everything to her. When Dr Ladha came in she was super nice and friendly and explained everything to me and the plan she wanted to take with me To help me. She gave me samples and prescriptions! I am Super happy with my results he has given me! I FINALLY have relief with my scalp psoriasis and my skin is clearing up as well! I 100% recommend this clinic and staff and dr ladha! Thank you for helping me so much!!

Dr. Ladha appeared nice and joyful at the start. But towards the end of the appointment seemed hurried and rushed and hurried to get me out of her office. She i felt pretended to listen to me but was more like " ya aya yayay."

Fabulous clinic. Staff is wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ladha is very bright and knowledgeable. Been through a few local Dermatologists and stopped due to poor patient care. Too many seem to care more about cosmetic than medical patients. Not the case at Stratica St. Albert!

First appointment was I was very impressed with having my issues and a treatment plan established by Dr. Ladha.
