My child has severe hyperacusis and severe reactive tinnitus. I needed to have custom ear plugs made for her because noise canceling plugs do not block out the noise, just mask it. My child was terrified that the exam and process of taking molds would hurt her further, and Dr. Iff was totally understanding and gentle, explaining the process and even getting her to laugh. When we asked about my child's condition, Dr Iff was one of the few we've ever talked to that understood it was a neurological condition. Later, when we needed more help (a month later!! she and the staff at Northwest Tinnitus at gig harbor, came through yet again, demonstrating empathy and a sincere desire to help. She also followed up with phone calls and emails until everything was settled. She is an excellent doctor and goes above and beyond. I can not recommend her enough. If you use her services, you will not regret it.
