Dr Ahmed Helped with my lower back problems and reduced the pain levels i had experienced . Before i did the spinal stenosis bot camp every day was difficult walking . i now use a cane some times as opposed to a cane or scooter most of the time. i have continued gradual improvement and would recommend the program for anyone with lower back disc problems, I had other back and hip issues and she tailored the program specifcally for my problems .

Dr. Aksa Ahmed is a professional through and through. I started the Spinal Stenosis Boot Camp just after COVID-19 restrictions let up. Six weeks later, I have graduated after bi-weekly spinal manipulation, daily Boot Camp exercises and cardio on the stationary bike. I have felt improvement with my bilateral leg pain, decreasing numbness and increasing strength to my toes.
