Such a frustrating experience. Horrible bedside manner her approach is utterly useless and lazy on more than one occasion. Made a problem check appointment and she literally told me she didn't have time to test my systems so she perscribed two different mediations that "should work". The whole office is unprofessional and unorganized. Please don't waste your time!

Dr Griffith is the Best! She is always helpful and she listens. You can ask her anything and she will have an informed honest answer. She has been very helpful to me and has always been there if I needed her. The Staff has been through some changes, but I they have always been friendly and professional. The current staff is the Best! I am happy to have Dr. Griffith as my Doctor.

Don't waste your time going to this office! Left the office in tears because it was so frustrating! I never even saw the doctor. Her receptionist informed me that she wouldn't even discuss a health issue I am having because it originated with another doctor. I wanted to change doctors because the issue wasn't being addressed there either. What is the patient supposed to do? I made an appointment weeks ago and filled out 3 pages of paperwork for nothing! I was changing doctors because I can never see mine anymore. She works a reduced schedule, so it is impossible to get an appointment without making it months ahead. This just doesn't work when you're sick. I can honestly say that I've never been treated like this in a doctor's office in my life. One reason for changing doctors was because the office seemed so cold and uncaring. I never dreamed this office would be worse! Do yourself a favor - keep looking! There must be better options out there than Capital Family Physicians!

Waited 45min for Dr to come in, and she spent less than 5 min with me and was just generally unpleasant and terse.

Condescending, argumentative, rude. I've left her office before in tears because she does not listen or seem to care. Has never offered to do a complete physical and balks when I ask for any tests that she thinks is a waste of time. My symptoms/complaints get brushed off as "all in my head". Go elsewhere. I'm sure somewhere there are still doctors who care & heal.

Not happy at all, very controlling. Not really interested in your healthcare as she is interested in not getting sued. Referral queen, spends healthcare dollars un-necessarily, again because she is afraid of being sued. Really isn't interested in seeing patients, just wants revenue. Lots of very good doctors out there, she is not one of them.

Dr Griffith has been my primary doctor for a long time. I rate her very high because she leaves no stones unturned on my health issues. She takes time to address and educate me on my health issues while partnering with me for a good outcome on my health care.

Dr. Griffith has been my GP for quite some time and I have been very satisfied. She is very attentive during our appointments, allows me to work through my list of questions and very thoughtful in her response. I would recommend her to any family member or friend.

Dr Griffith is an excellent physician because she is very thorough in her approach to health care She is pleasant but takes her work very seriously. I am comfortable knowing that Ihave a primary physician who is knowledgeable and who has my health as her primary concern at each visit.

Dr. Griffith has been my primary care physician for about 5 years. She was the first primary care physician I had while living in the Raleigh area, and I have never had the desire to change (I've gone through four dentists in the same period of time, so I'm not adverse to changing if I don't like the service I get). I have always felt that she listens to my concerns and that she is knowledgeable about what she says. She has always explained why she prescribes what she prescribes and not the other alternatives. I feel very comfortable discussing my medical matters with her, and trust her recommendations. Her staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I wish were better is her punctuality, but her punctuality is no worse than any other doctor I have gone to (better than some, in fact). On the other hand, I understand why she is not always punctual - she has spent more than the average amount of time with me. She's not the run in, write a prescription, run out type of doctor.
