He is the best. He takes care of me and my family for the past 2w years -- since we moved to Canada. He is very attentive and available for occasional emergencies.

Dr McCaffrey is friendly, efficient, professional and above all speaks plain english rather than rattling off dental lingo to his assistant as if I'm not present. He asks questions, offers solutions and demonstrates why or how things have come to be the way they are and what he can do about it. He is the first dentist of 5 I have had who has gone back to my x-rays to show me exactly what's going on rather than just saying there is a problem. He is very upto date on current practices. He has great bedside manner and listens honestly to my concerns. He has addressed dental concerns which another dentist had glossed over for several years. I feel like I'm getting educated and treated at the same time and my dental health is better for it. His office is clean, modern, quiet and safe feeling. He makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience and the staff he works with uphold the same values of professionalism and excellent customer service.

I had not been to a dentist in 20 years (my mother made me get molar cavities filled WITHOUT Novacian injections when I was small). I was scared to death of dentists, but eventually of course, I had to get some repairs done. Ron McCaffrey gave the laughing gas at first, and quickly weaned me off of it. Now, he can give me a root canal while we trade jokes. His chairside manner is awesome, and his advice is always clear and accurate. If you are deciding which dentist to choose, you need look no further!
