I am very thankful to have him as my doctor. He diagnosed a condition I was suffering from that several other doctors could not. Always has time to listen to my needs and provides great advice.

I am going through a retirement process with my work. Up until today, I never had an issue with this doctor. In fact, the doctor has always been decent. His front counter staff, is the most useless incompetent woman possibly existing in the medical clerical staff community of the province. The pension centre has sent request via fax via phone via email on numerous occasions for the previous month. The clerical staff chose to ignore and simply not address the request. Her excuse was ‘I’m surrounded with all these papers. I have struggles and I’m managing four doctors. You’ll have to come back later and ask.’ However, two weeks ago they lied to me and said they sent the fax package back to the pension centre. When I called to confirm the pension centre had said they had not received anything so I called the doctors office last week and they had said they just sent it off again. Today I find out that the staff member lied about sending that package on both dates. She claims the fax machine hasn’t been working in the last month so they lied about sending the facts both times. I don’t know if it’s because they did not get a fee for the records they were supposed to send. when I caught her in a lie and she said she would not complete the request because they’ve had problems with their fax number. And she wasn’t sure when she was going to be able to fax the information off. We’re going on a month and a half of these request being made in two weeks of them lying about sending the information. When called out, she pointed around the office at her desk and table tops and said she was surrounded by a bunch of papers. It was very clear that she was just going to continue to lie about doing her job on this matter for the rest of her life. That’s negligence. Keep in mind this request and multiple follow up request from myself and the pension centre have been sent to that office over the past month. I had to attend the office with a video recording and force her to do her job . 10 minutes after I left the office she emailed me all of the request that she told me she had sent twice but lied about sending . As you’re reading this ask yourself why could they send me an email today but they couldn’t send a fax. Her excuse was their fax machine isn’t working and it hasn’t been working for the past month . She told me she couldn’t get into my fax records because the fax machine was broken, but she wouldn’t look up my personal chart to see any records in there so she was lying . Without those forms, I can’t apply for a pension. I won’t get paid. Her answer to that was I’m surrounded by all these papers and she pointed around the office to a office full of what you would expect to see in a doctor’s office on the table tops of a doctor’s office for a clerk. If I hadn’t put her on video recording, she would’ve continued to lie and she would have played games with my life, my medical and my ability to collect a pension. This woman is a disaster and a threat to anyone who depends on the truth out of that office. Needless to say, I will not go to a doctors office where the staff blatantly lies is negligible in their duties. And is reckless with the health records of their clients. Do not use this office, as integrity is a clear issue for their staff a complaint with the college is being filed.

This doctor should lose his job for scamming the government. He cannot be trusted.

This doctor should not be practicing medicine. I am thoroughly disgusted by his pill pushing, NOT even opening a patient’s chart when requested to do so, prescribing unnecessary medication when all patient wanted was a test. Plus he is barred from the college from practicing! All information posted below has been copied and pasted directly from the Registrant Directory for the College of Physicians and Surgeons: " Dr. Patidar must have a chaperone present continuously for sensitive examinations of female patients and all examinations that require female patients to disrobe." " Dr. Patidar must have conspicuous signage in the office waiting area and all examining rooms, which indicates that he is required to have a chaperone present continuously for all sensitive examinations of female patients." " VANCOUVER, BC, July 3, 2007: Following the issuance of disciplinary charges, Dr. Deepakkumar Vallabbai Patidar has admitted that he was guilty of unprofessional conduct in conducting himself inappropriately and unprofessionally with an individual with whom he had a physician/patient relationship. In 2006, during a patient attendance, Dr. Patidar suggested that he and the patient should meet socially. This occurred while Dr. Patidar was performing a vaginal examination which was done in a manner that did not meet the requisite standard of care and which, in turn, was reasonably perceived by the patient as sexualized. Subsequent to this appointment, Dr. Patidar telephoned the patient to again suggest that they meet socially. " "In 2006, during a patient attendance, Dr. Patidar performed an examination in a manner that did not meet the requisite standard of care. Dr. Patidar was previously disciplined by the College in June 2007, with respect to concerns regarding the examination of female patient. He was suspended from practice for a period of 18 months, commencing June 30, 2007. Dr. Patidar remains suspended from practice. Subsequent to that disciplinary action, the College received the current complaint. "
