I have contacted our news agencies about him ( cbc and check news) these agencies have indicated a very strong interest in investigating the hundreds of complaints made against him!! He deserves to suffer as he has made me , and many suffer due to his lack of care, empathy and professionalism- after all we pay tax payers pay him!!

Terrible human. Should not be a doctor, nor should he treating human beings ( nor animals)

Cranky receptionist, cranky doctor. Never answers their phones but ironically, expect patients to accept phone appointments only and don't even maintain them as scheduled.

Malpractice. Sadistic tendencies. Something fundamentally wrong with this guy. Reckless endangerment of a family member suffering complications of metastatic breast cancer and treatments. Causing life threatening 911 emergency. Has inflicted months of unnecessary pain suffering. Dangerous. Disrespects patient, files, reports and rules, snubs protocols and the profession. Should be investigated and suspended, pending appropriate due diligence by medical profession. Needs disciplinary or removal of his license.

They do not answer the phone, only a message that the do mot take messages. The authorities need to look in to this practice.

I had a oncall with dr. Mah he gave me cream for my itchy, couple weeks later I had an invisit with him told him where im itchy, he glanced at my hands I was like my inner thighs are itchy . No he didnt wanna look im a chubby girl so I can't seen this appointment was in May I been suffering 3months of itchy I went to the hospital August 15 where I got bumps on my arms legs and feet . I barely could walk so I went to the peninsula hospital. Emergency room the doctor said I have scabies. I suffered since may dr.mah did wanna look at me where I was trying to tell him where I was itchy . How do I report this doctor. I would not recommend anyone to him

Doesn't does not answer phone calls, hard to get in touch with. His staff is horribile.

Worst doctor in BC!! Didn’t check lump on previous cancer patient= fatality. Plus NO bedside manner. This doctor should be banned and fired

Dr Mah and staff have always been stellar. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and his staff go above and beyond.

August 26, 2024. The negative ratings are unfair. I recently found out that Dr. Mah is the only doctor at Tillicum Medical at the moment so he is probably doing the best he can given the shortage of doctors. Dr. Mah called me at home to suggest I get the pneumonia vaccine because of my ongoing lung issues. I was very impressed he took the time to do that
