Amazing dr! Wouldn't have anyone else as an obgyn!

Dr LeBlanc is an amazing doctor and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Was a new patient and they knew me by name by my 3rd appt. Definitely made me feel special and well cared for! I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was always rude, her nurse would refuse to make an appointment for me or answer any questions I had, and they refused to see me during my miscarriage. I went to the ER twice, calling every single day in between ER visits, and finally getting an appointment after my miscarriage was complete and I was scolded for going to the ER. They did blood work twice and didn't/wouldn't give me the lab results for 3 weeks the first time, 4 weeks the second time. I will never visit her or her office again.

I wouldn't go to any other doctor. I highly recommend her.

I've tried for 2 days now to make an appointment with no luck. I called at 4:30 on a Thursday and was kept on hold until 5, when they closed. I tried again the next day at 12:30 and of course they are now closed for the weekend. Must be really nice to "work" only half a day. I remember having difficulty making my appointment last year. It was an ugly game of phone tag with them. Getting very tired of their games.

Long wait times; some staff awesome, but somewhat poor customer service skills and snootyness from financial director and one of front desk girls; Rarely saw Dr. L throughout entire pregnancy--usually was scheduled to see nurse! Dr. Leblanc was kind though. As a cash pay patient, this office was more expensive than all my other deliveries with another office, and I received less personal care from dr. Labs were reasonable though.

Although I have had to wait more than an hour most visits and was not even checked in by the front desk once, Dr. LeBlanc has always been kind and had a good bedside manner. However, the problem that leads me here today is some of the staff. This being my 1st pregnancy and being a little naive when it came to the ins & outs of insurance, I left her office in tears, close to hysterical because the woman in the financial dept was extremely rude to me at 9 months pregnant. I pay my insurance every week and was unaware at the time that I had to provide my bridge plan card which covers majority of my deductible but seeing that it was due that day she made me feel like a low life bum. Today, I finally get her on the phone after 2 voicemails and right off the bat, she was rude-which I called her on- and her reply was that I didn't need to speak to her that way. I will definitely be informing Dr. LeBlanc at my next appt if I don't deliver before then. I can only hope she acts on it.

Delivered all 4 of my children and is preparing to deliver this last one I'm going to have! Very supportive of all my decisions! I love her to death wouldn't want another ob for anything in the world

she delivered both my boys via natural childbirth and was very suppportive of my choice and never pushed meds or unnecessary interventions. Helpful and supportive when I had trouble breastfeeding.
