Dr and staff are wonderful people, Dr Garner thank you

If you want to see this guy front end staff will oh sorry he is all booked up for the next 3 months or longer but if you want to see the Doctor sooner we can get you in but have charge ten dollars extra. The front staff are not friendly. The Doctor did nothing to help with a painful toe even though I had recent X rays and MRI tests and he agreed there was irreversible damage and surgery was required . I had high hopes the end result was wasting over two hundred dollars and his only recommendation is I could make orthotics they may help. There is no parking.

Staff is largely good but they seem to lack a warmth and sincerity except one of them. I saw Dr. Garner 3 times in 2020-23. Each time I had to remind him why I was there and what he'd done last time - he doesn't consult patient records. Each time he had something different to tell me that didn't match with what he'd said the time before. At my last visit, he dug so far into my toenail that I was bleeding (no bandage given) and within 3 days it was red, swollen and infected. I went back and then he said "You need surgery...do you want to do it now?" He'd never said anything like that before and was going off a completely different diagnosis, like I was some other patient. I politely declined the "surgery". I made an appointment with a different podiatrist, Ken Butler, and he said my toe was totally normal. Just some fungus, and he said there are no good treatments so I was not to worry. A whole different experience. I think maybe it is time for Dr. Garner to retire. He's nice but just not 100% there for you.

If you are looking for a great podiatrist, look no further. Dr. Garner talked me through the procedure, and was very gentle, always listening to any of my concerns. You could not find a nicer doctor. I would also like to mention how nice the staff was as well.

Dr. Garner is always thorough, kind, and funny. He doesn't do more than you ask or try to push treatments on you. His office staff are just great and very friendly. Always a good feeling after a treatment at his office.

Dr. Garner is an amazing doctor with a gentle, kind manner that very quickly put me at ease. His staff are excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Garner.

Top notch experience all around. Dr. Garner has an incredibly kind bedside manner. He is calm, caring, and patient. My daughter (16) was super nervous/anxious after having a terrible experience with toenail surgery with a different podiatrist a year ago. After today's procedure my daughter said to give Dr. Garner 6 out of 5 stars :-) His staff are excellent as well! Great experience!

He has been our family podiatrist for several years. I recommend him all the time. He is on time always, he is friendly, caring, and I do not have one complaint. I love it when he brings his dog to work :).

He is very knowledgeable and explains every facet that a patient should know about there problem including other options.
