Dr. Westfall was very calm when I was so worried about what was going on with my right eye. Your quick action in sending me to Dr. Hoonjan the next day saved my retina from becoming detached! It turned out I had the one large retinal tear and several other smaller ones along with some hemorrhaging. Dr. Hoonjan told me that if I had waited, it may not have turned out well. He was able to laser the tears and I’m recovering. The laser treatment wasn’t pleasant but, I’m glad something could be done to treat the tears. I’m still seeing the floaters but, hopefully they will fade soon. Thank you again for your quick action.

I have been to see Dr.Westfall a few times. It is a busy office and I have found him to almost always be on time. He explains the inside of my eye when we look at my pictures and has always answered my questions. He is efficient in the exam room, but some people don't like that. I am a busy person and appreciate that I am not kept from my day. The staff in his glasses area have always been great to me.

Dr. Westfall was professional and friendly, staff although busy did a good job and the picture of my eye was a nice option vs. the drops I dont care for. After reading other comments I am amazed at people comments, Doctors offices are busy and this one is no different.

I read reviews prior to booking with Dr Brent Westfall. I found the office busy with lots of clients looking to buy glasses or contact, eye exams etc. They had 3 or 4 staff just for eyeware. A huge selection of eyeware to pick from, they were not pushy at all. I ended up just getting new lenses for my glasses and did not buy new glasses. I have 1 bad eye from an an accident. When I met with Brent Westfall he really made me feel informed on the condition of my eye and re assured me the specialist, Dr Hoojan,I had been to was very good. Brent spent quite a bit of time with me making sure he got my prescription correct and even double checked the test to make sure. Anyways I would go back to this place again as they did not try to sell me anything. I felt they were professional & I got good service.

I tried Dr.Westfall after getting tired of the pushy sales tactics at Dr.March's office on glasses and discovered that westfall was primarily focused on upselling to the "digital picture of my eyeball" and when I didn't want to pay the extra he quickly processed my exam so he could move onto the next upsell opportunity. I would not recommend this guy unless you enjoy being upsold...

He really seems to be short on service. I felt rushed through my visit. It was as though his tester spent more time with me. His exam wasn't good value. He assumed due to my age I would have difficulties with close vision and don't. I'm nearly 50. His comes across as always having to be right about everything. His comments to his auxilaries seem condesending. I felt rushed!

I saw Dr. Westfall a few weeks ago for a second opinion regarding my eyes. He found somethings with my glasses and eyes that were never found before! I will be changing my family over to his office. Everyone their treated me so nice.
