Dr. Matt made my dentures ten years ago and I have been perfectly happy with them ever since. I found him friendly and even refilled a prescription on a Sunday morning for me. He's a "tickethead" (The Ticket 1310 AM) and I thought it was cool to hear sports talk in the office, instead of elevator musak.

Barely spoke to me, demanded I get my teeth and gums "scraped" whatever that means. Not a cool guy at all!

Crown fell out, then the new dentist said I didnt even need it in the first place he wanted to do 2 more which I didnt even need. I really think hes on drugs. Loved the the old hygenist Monique but she quit. This guy is a freak and he shakes violently and the office looks like and smells like a morgue Do yourself a favor find another DDS

I recently quit going to Dr. Tillinghast due to my insurance company dropping him because there were so many complaints. I had one of his crowns fall out a couple of months ago and I called every phone number I had for him and no one ever answered. No one ever called me back either. I had to have an emergency appt. with another dentist to put back the crown and he said it was a very poorly made and fitted crown. I went today for a cleaning and he said that he is getting a lot of Dr. Tillinghast's former patients and is having to do a lot of clean up work. They have all been very dissatisfied with Dr. Matt's work and left.

Dr. Tillinghasts office have cancelled my last 2 appointments & they DO NOT answer or return calls. The woman speaking on the voice mail is unprofessional and hestitates and stutters during the message. maybe that should have been my first clue

This dentist has rescheduled me twice this month to get my teeth cleaned. Did not call in advance, just called the day of, making me miss work for nothing. $Poor chairside manner, did not explain why he thought I needed a crown. I waited an hour and a half to see him and he looked at my mouth for less than a minute and said "that tooth is a mess" Noone ever picks up at that office during office hours and they close the office without any notice. It is hard to contact the dentist or the hygienist. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist was nice on the phone, which is why I chose Dr. Tillinghast as my HMO and that was a big mistake!
