You would be hard pressed to find a better doctor than Dr. Pugash. I have had 6 TAE procedures with Dr. Pugash and the last two in particular where a huge success! I had a concern during my last recovery and Dr. Pugash address it right away. She is a very thorough and caring doctor.

Dr.Pugash has been looking after my PBD for years, and always her personal approach and attention amazed me. Knowledgeable, professional, she makes sure I understand what goes on in my body and addresses all changes with extreme care. She is a doctor who wants the best for her patients, and goes far and beyond to make it happen. Greatly appreciate everything that Dr.Pugash has been doing for my physical health and peace of mind; in her hands I feel safe and well looked after. Excellent care!

Took time to explain the procedure in detail but in terms I could understand. Patiently answered all of my questions. Was communicative though out the procedure and ensured my comfort at all times. Is clearly focused on obtaining best outcomes for her patients and expects the team to function at a high level. Excellent care.

TERRIBLE clinician and teacher. TERRIBLE! Heard her yell at and berate a learner. On top of that, ridiculously poor bedside manner.

Very quick to get back to me regarding my concerns on a rare situation of a family member. Assured me that the procedure would be well managed. Hoping for a smooth, good outcome but I have definitely enjoyed my experience with her so far. High volume unit so a bit of patience and understanding is to be expected.

Dr. Pugash performed a lung biopsy on me. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt extremely safe going into the procedure even after she explained the possible risks. She is not your warm and fuzzy person, but she does have a sense of humour and a quick wit which I appreciated given that it injected some levity into a difficult procedure that I was completely conscious for. She is an extremely professional and competent doctor.

Dr Pugash performed a stint on my mother with pancreatic cancer and when no one would take on this extremely difficult case she did. My mother had told her to just give up on her because she was a hopeless case but she spent hours ... 4 times the normal duration to try and make this possible. She tried many pathways and with her tenacity and mom’s will to withstand the procedure Robyn made it happen! We are so thankful for her care and the stint lasted until she passed. While my mom was in palliative care afterwards she went above and beyond to continually checked in on my mother to make sure she was doing well

I had UAE which was suppose to be performed by Dr. Pugash. I sought and was given assurances that she would perform the procedure. You are talking about radiating your reproductive organs as part of UAE and you want someone who knows what they are doing to minimize your exposure. I woke up during the procedure and found a resident performing it. Based on what I read in the papers about Sunnybrook I would be leary to have any procedure performed there.

Waited over 2 weeks for a stent and was told that they didn't have any. Unacceptable care and poor bedside manner.
