Went to Dr. Gilbert because I thought I had a wisdom tooth coming in. Dr Gilbert showed me x-rays from 6 months ago showing me I had an infected tooth that he never informed me about. Now I must get a root canal. He waited until I was in pain to notify me of this problem. He is not very kind or understanding. I still don't understand why I wasn't notified of an infected tooth until I was in pain and discomfort.

Attitude personified! Has assistants do much of the work in terms of crown fit, adjustments etc! Watch out for billing- if you ask if something would be covered, ie-Insurance, they will submit request and then bill before you even agree to have the work done!Have had 2 situations where I had to have them return money to the Insurance Company as I chose not to have the procedures done! Had I not received an Explanation of Benefit notice I would never have known!
