Dr. Jacobson seems like a great doctor and during my first visit, she was friendly and took a fair amount of time with me. However since then, she rescheduled me three times due to being at the hospital delivering babies. The first two times, her office staff called me 20 minutes before my appointment and the third time, they called me an hour and a half before to cancel on me. I did make an appointment again but the appointment has been made since three months ago and being cancelled on three times with last minute notice makes me contemplate whether I should just go ahead and change to a different doctor.

I like her but I wish she would take more time, she seems rushed in the exam room, quick to get you out. She forgot to do part of an exam she said she was going to do. I continue to use her but wished she showed a bit more interest and took more time.

I switched doctors because this one always recommended going to the hospital when there was no emergency. She never explained her recommendations for things and was sometimes unreachable. After switching physicians, I got a bill from her office from a consultation appt which was really to receive the shot I already pre-paid from the nurse (and not the doctor). What a coincidence with no explanation or breakdown of the bill (still inquiring)

I was asked by the staff for the copayment in the higher amount , as she would be not my regular doc, but a specialist. I argued that an ob-gyn for a woman is a regular doc and they accepted it. Only first visit I liked Dr. Very much, however, on my last 2 visits she made me feel rushed. She did not mention birth giving classes or tours in the hospital, which were recommended to my friends by their doctors at me stage of pregnancy. I will see her another time and if she will not listened to me, will not pay attention to me, I will look for another doctor.

Dr. Jacobson was great on my first visit. But any visits after that were rushed & I felt she wasnt really interested in listening to what I had to say. There was a test she told me I needed on my last visit but totally forgot about it at this visit. Did she not look at my chart before seeing me??? I will be looking for a new doctor.

This is my first pregnancy and I was dissatisfied with my current OB-GYN so I looked for another. After many fruitless attempts to secure an appointment with many doctors, the office of Dr. Jacobson took me in without hesitation. The secretaries Lynn and M- were and are very helpful and compassionate. The minute I walked in, they asked how I was feeling. Definitely made me feel comfortable. Their manner was not rushed and abrupt. Dr. Jacobson herself is a sweetheart! She had a sincere smile on her face, answered every question my husband satisfactorily and didn't seem annoyed by the barrage of related questions we asked. From diet to exercise to bloodwork and procedures, she explained and expounded on them. Our initial visit must have taken 45 minutes! Her bedside manner is excellent. I am comfortable with her and I trust her, and these are the most important criteria for me in choosing a doctor. I would recommend her to my family.

I thought Dr Jacobson was compassionate, thorough, and throughtful. I would recommend her to my friends and familyw without any reservations.

Dr Jacobson saw my adolescent daughter yesterday for the first time. She was compassionate, informative, and extremely helpful. My daughter really loved her and felt comfortable with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr Jacobson just saw my 18 year old daughter and she was great. She was knowledgeable and sweet and she really connected with her. I am so happy my daughter has a Doctor she can talk to and get the information and care she needs. Thank you Dr Jacobson!!!!!!!!

I was put off by how much of a mess the bathroom was! The cleaning crew doesn't sweep or mop behind the door, the toilet paper holder was falling off the sink and there was toilet paper all over the floor. I felt more like I was in a free clinic than in a multi-doctor practice. Dr. Jacobson made me feel rushed. Didn't ask if I had any questions and if I tried to ask questions she dismissed them quickly with short answers. She contradicted herself which made me distrusting. I won't be returning.
