I received a letter stating Dr. Pridgen was retiring and I can pick up my medical records. I have had only one problem with that office and that was with the young girl who gave me my medical records on last week. Her attitude was smug and didn't she display professionalism as I was accustom to. She also asked me had I been there at least one time even after I told her about the letter in the mail. That was a little off key for me. If I hadn't been there why would the office tell me to pick up our medical records due to Dr. Pridgen's retirement. Other than dealing with her, the staff overall is wonderful and professional. Dr. Pridgen is very nice and I would refer him to any and everyone.

I absolutely LOVE my doctor and his staff! He's delivered 2 of my babies and sees my whole family! When my insurance changed and told me that I would either have to change doctors or be responsible for more of a co-pay it was not even an option to change. He's worth the extra money and I wouldn't trust any other dr to deliver my little girl coming in July! He's the kind of doctor that speaks and would come up and give you a hug and ask how you are if seen on the street (I know because I've experienced it!) Like I said before, he sees my entire family, including my Aunt and my grandmother that drive an hr from Dublin to see him! He truly cares and loves his job...all of which is obvious in the care he gives!

Dr. Pridgen is the best doctor I have ever had! He is knowledgeable, kind, and caring. His nurses, Trina and Karen, are always available, helpful, and kind. I know I asked Karen a million questions over the course of my pregnancy and she answered them all happily. Trina always takes great care of me during patient visits. Dr. Pridgen answered all of my questions about my c-section and made me feel comfortable. His operating nurse, June, was sweet and calming. He truly has a great medical staff. I enjoy them so much that I've left my gynecologist for him. It is also awesome for UHC members because they utilize labcorp, which is in-network.

Dr. Pridgen has been my doctor since I was 16. He is an amazing doctor. He delivered my son, and he also delivered myself. He knows what he's doing and he knows how to keep you feeling comfortable. Dr. Pridgen made my labor a piece of cake!

Dr. Pridgen is awesome. Best doctor I have ever had in 40yrs. He is very knowlegeable and makes every effort to answer all questions and totally puts your mind at ease. I would reccomend him to anyone. He is the best!!!!!!

Wonderful overall. Easy to find, small parking lot, beautiful office throughout, staff is very helpful espcially Karen the nurse. DR. Pridgen is one of the nicest doctors I have ever been too. Office staff ok., but not professional at times. My husband and I heard foul language from one of the staff that was in a side office off the reception area. Most of the staff was friendly, but at times seemed bothered when something was asked of them. Dr. Pridgen is a great Dr., and also very personable.

Went for 8 week appointment with husband and two daughters under 4. Was told they couldnt be in the office. At all. My husband had to take them outside into the 90 degree weather to feed the baby because of their policy of having no children in the office. I understand not letting them in the exam room, but what happens when a mother gives birth and has to come in for 6 week appointment? Guess you have to find a baby sitter? Ironic considering all the photos throughout the office depciting mothers hold children. Perhaps they like the idea of it but not the reality of it? Anyhow, this office is out of touch with what real women need and they basically cater to an upscale clientele.... This is a boutique OB/GYN and I wouldnt recommend to any woman who has a family or wants their family to be involved.

I love this doctor, and would strongly recommend him to everyone. My only issue has been waiting long periods of time.
