Dr. Thomas is negligent. He was very unhelpful and unfriendly when I went to see him. He gave me the wrong prescription for my eyeglasses. He wouldn't admit he had made a mistake with my prescription. Rather than fixing the problem , he was rude and I ended up leaving with the wrong prescription because he wasn't willing to fix it. When I brought the glasses back to his office the receptionist, Lotti, was extremely rude to me. She gave me alot of trouble about my insurance even though I was eligible for services. Mr. Thomas made my appointment very uncomfortable, along with his rude and unhelpful staff. Definitely would NOT reccommend going to this office.
