Great service really quick .Staff is bilingual and friendly,overall awesome

It was like I was taking up his time. I told he about chest congestion, and a blocked ear. He listened to my chest, sat down and started to write a prescription, I had to tell him again about my ear, he let out a sigh, came over looked in my ear, said it is blocked, and would have to be syringed to come back in a week. In my opinion any DR that leaves you deft in one ear is not very caring. It only takes 5 min to do this, as I have this done before. I will not go for treatment anywhere he is.

Great doc who takes the time to listen rather than just push a script and has no problem ordering tests when needed. Even for voice/video calls, Dr. Robichaud has been incredible. He actually called me back multiple times to ensure we connected for appointments when I had forgotten it. On one occasion when I missed the morning phone apt, he tried calling me a couple of times and then called again between 12-1 because he knew that was my lunch hour. Awesome doc!

He does all I want him to do … make his money from my visit or call and give me a referral the the doc I need to see. Nuf said.

Love Dr. Robichaud. Been going to him since 2009 . He is friendly and helpful. He is kind.

So knowledgeable and does not hesitate to send you for a test or referral when needed .

So Dr.Robichaud has been the family doctor for my children since they were babies , and he still can not say my sons name right . My son is now old enough , and I’ve corrected him many times , where this shouldn’t be a problem anymore . I feel as though a FAMILY doctor should really get to know his patients . When we come in , he sits down and jumps on the computer and hardly even looks at us when he is speaking , and I feel as though there are times where he don’t know exactly what he’s talking about 🤷🏽‍♀️ I have actually looked for another family doctor for my children but been told that I would have a very hard time since I already have a family doctor .

Dr Robichaud has been my family doctor for 9 years. He is very knowledgeable and is not scared of sending a referral when need be.
