I am sharing this review based on a harrowing experience with Dr. Sanjay Razdan during my father’s final hospitalization. Throughout the entire week my father was in the hospital, Dr. Razdan never once came to see him in person or communicate with our family. When my father’s condition worsened, I asked to speak with the urologist overseeing his care. Dr. Razdan eventually called me around 10 p.m. when he was next to my father’s hospital bed. During this call, he spoke to me in an aggressive and hostile manner. He raised his voice and expressed frustration about having to make time to call me, stressing how busy he was. I remained calm throughout the conversation, yet he told me to “relax.” His tone and behavior felt erratic and profoundly inappropriate, especially given that he was speaking this way to a family member while standing beside a critically ill patient. During the same call, he abruptly stated that he was removing himself from my father’s case, leaving my father without a urologist at a critical moment. We were told he was the only urologist used by the hospital. He then hung up on me without offering any plan for continued care or transition. A few days later, my father passed away from complications related to the urological issues. The lack of presence, the hostility toward a family member advocating for her father, and the decision to abandon a patient mid-crisis were shocking and devastating.

The doctor. Sanjay Razdan, is a great doctor and surgeon. Extremely professional and very efficient. My wife and I are very grateful to him. Doctor Razdan has terrible bedside manners. And his Office Manager Georgina is very rude and unprofessional. She stated I was "petty" for asking for a receipt of our doctor visit. We will never visit this office again.
