Dr. Perez and the staff at New Hope are wonderful. We have now completed our IVF cycle and are waiting to transfer. All has gone even better than expected. We are thankful to Dr. Perez for taking such great care of us. We look forward to our transfer soon.

I thought he is good at first. He does not give you all the information you need to know. You will be confused because there's so much miscommunication between him and his staff. I end up paying for services I don't need.

Dr. Perez is a gem. I have never been more comfortable with a physician. I am thankful for a successful surgery with Dr. Perez, and we are now starting our IVF journey. Does not treat patient as an individual. Runs like a fast food chain. Misdiagnosed me. I went down the street and had a laparoscopy that fixed some major issues contributing to miscarriages....and health! Staying at Hope Center could have not only resulted in empty pockets and more miscarriages but could have also cost me my life! So disappointed.

I had been dealing with uncomfortable friboids for many years. Dr. Perez took me in as a patient and for a whole year he helped me through the process of scheduling surgery to have that problem taken care of. And I couldn't be happier with the outcome!!! :)

Very focused on customer needs; you are a true PATIENT and not a NUMBER! Treated with dignity and respect with every aspect from servicing medical records to booking an appointment to lab work.
