I was very pleased with the initial meeting with Dr. Julia. She was very knowledgable and compassionate during and ofter my surgery. Was very happy with the results

Dr Ingles was the on duty OB the day after I gave birth to my daughter who was full term still born and was the doctor who discharged me. She offered condolences and made sure I was able to sleep, not in pain and was aware of what staying in the labour unit may be like for a mom with no baby and did not want to cause me more distress. She insisted I see her for a 6 week follow up once I was discharged from my midwife care. I saw her practice partner Dr Rheault who I then had multiple calls with talking about my healing, my fertility struggles, my daughter and where to go next. They helped me monitor periods and make a plan for another baby once my body was ready to do so. I am now pregnant with my second daughter and am with Midwives but am also overseen by Dr Ingles. She has shown so much compassion and attention to our case and is making sure nothing is missed or left out. She understands my anxiety and is doing everything she can to help put me at ease during a high risk pregnancy. Dorothea is also very kind, efficient and pleasant to deal with when booking my appointments and ultrasounds even with how crazy busy she is I don’t feel missed. I feel very cared for and watched over in the care of Dr Ingles.

Dr Ingles, she was my care for OB for my daughter in 2016 and recently. She is amazing, very knowledgeable, and over all great. I recommend her and Dr Rheult for amazing OB care.

Refused to give me the procedure that I wanted. Femanded that I get clamps. Because my future husband would want children. Forced me into that type of birth control. Or no birth control. As a result I have been in pain ever since. I cannot work out. I cannot be intimate with my husband I can't do anything. I suffer from ovarian insists and they have gotten so much worse.

I was going on 10 hours of labour with my midwives when I needed medically intervention. Dr. ingles was my doctor and she was AMAZING. So encouraging and direct, loved her so much and would recommend her and go to her for direct care with my next! 10/10 recommend

I delivered our baby girl in November and Dr. Ingles was brought in to help deliver her using forceps — she was SO positive and encouraging throughout the process and made me feel so safe and comfortable during my delivery. She was professional, compassionate, honouring and I am SO thankful for her providing such a positive experience in the midst of a busy delivery. Thank you, Dr. Ingles, for making my delivery successful and comfortable!

Loved her! She was very helpful and even though she didn’t deliver my daughter - she came in within a couple of hours to see us. Post natal care was great too

I would not recommend this doctor for anything. She was very cold, impersonal and condescending. Very hard to communicate with. Didn’t seem to care at all. I had a high risk pregnancy. I was induced but failed to progress. She came in to see me but I was in the washroom. She didn’t wait to see or check me... she did not return to see how the pregnancy was progressing. The second the on call doctor arrived and checked me; I was told I was having an emergency c-section. Thanks to Dr. ingles; I was in labour for 24hrs only to have a c-section. Not sure how an on call could identify a c-section was needed when she was content just to leave...

Both Dr Rheault and Dr Ingles are very kind and helpful. After getting a lot of terrible treatment elsewhere to do with miscarriage complications, I came here and felt so much better. They were the first doctors to actually listen to me and not rush me out of their office. I disagree with the negative comments about the receptionist, she was so nice and friendly to me and went out of her way to help me.
