Dr Jacobs is an awesome chiropractor - very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, great bedside manner. He will be the first to tell you if you have a problem that he cannot fix and will recommend other specialists if required. He is definitely the kind of chiropractor that fixes the problem in a few visits instead of having you come back every two weeks for the rest of your life!!

Have been going to Bill for years. Enjoy his personality and friendliness. He's engaging, knowledgeable and very accomplished. Front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. I've missed a few appointments or called in late a few times and so has Bill. He's got a young family so I expect there'll be days when he's under the weather too. Keep up the good work!

Dr Jacobs is the best chiropractor that my wife and I have seen yet - he has a great bedside manner, he is attentive and caring. His adjustments never cause more pain and it has been a rarity that we have to go back more than twice to "set" an adjustment. Keep up the great work Bill!

Dr. Jacobs is a knowledgeable practitioner and has great bedside manner but my one complaint is the number of cancellations and reschedules. I finally moved to another chiropractor. Sorry Bill.

Attentive, listens, made phone calls for me. I had a knee problem bothering me for 2 years now - previously undiagnosed...he made the phone calls and the referrals needed to get me in to see a sports MD and the necessary tests to properly diagnose my isse...and has kept in touch throughout the whole process. His customer service is second to none.

Dr. Jacobs is fantastic. Caring and takes the time to be thorough. He is excellent with my daughter (9) and myself. We really appreciate having his expertise for a healthy body!!!

For repetitive-use sports injuries, Dr. Jacobs is the expert. He is able to explain what the issues are. He uses Active Release Therapy, rather than the "cracking" that old-fashioned chiropractors use. I always leave feeling better. He gives time show stretches that can help. He is friendly and non-judgemental when I continue to do the same silly thing requiring more treatment.
