I have been Dr. Nall’s patient for more than a few years. She is by far the most knowledgeable doctor I know. She is thorough, she is personable and I would not trade her for anyone. She defines professionalism and expertise.

Dr Nall persuaded me to quit smoking (40 years+.) that's just one of the side benefits of going to a doctor that cares more about her patients than the patients themselves!

Had four appontments....she was late for every one. She acknowledged my symptoms and had no clue about a diagnosis nor remedy. i took a battery of expensive tests....got nothing in return. Had to go elsewhere for help. She is not impressive ......and her assistant/nurse is even less so. I would never recomend. She is going through the motions in three quarter time to collect a paycheck

Dr. Nall was knowledgeable and very professional.I went in for a lymph node biopsy. Dr. Nall performed the biopsy and sent the specimen for diagnostic. It came back malignant. She called me at home and explained to me the outcome and suggested I pursue further treatments at a cancer center. Her charges were very fair as we did not have insurance and had to pay out of pocket.I am a Veteran and had never used my VA benefits. Went to Bay Pines and went through aggressive Chemo, this was in 2007 and am still in remission. Dr. Nall was most excellent in her manner and I have recommended her to several friends, all who are very satisfied with the good doctor.

They refused to take my insurance information because i didnt have an official insurance card, even though the information was the same, and my insurance company had promised to give me a new card for months but never would give me one (to effectively deny me insurance). So i had to pay out of pocket because my situation was getting worse fast. I saw Agnes V. Nall ENT, who after waiting for 30 minutes in a tiny room decided to show up, asked me a few questions, took a quick look at my throat and told me i needed surgery. I questioned her for 15 minutes to try to glean some information about my condition but she just gave me short answers and wouldnt explain anything about what i had or what my options were, just that i needed surgery, which is convenient seeing as she is a surgeon. I went to see another ENT who informed me my condition was just an allergy and it turned out he was right.

I had seen Dr. Nall for about 4 months for an issue with chronic post nasal drip, an achy neck, and debilitating fatigue. I had had all the standard allergy testing done and it had revealed I was not allergic to anything. Dr. Nall did an endoscopy and due to the great amount of phlegm in my throat, diagnosed me with LPR. Over the next months, she continued to prescribe me various PPI's, none of which helped. When the symptoms still persisted, she told me that she wasn't able to help me any further and that she thought I was depressed and should seek phychiatric help. Unbelievable that Dr's always think women are depressed and this is the reason for their symptoms when the doctors themselves simply cannot determine the real cause of the illness! To top it off, after I told her that I was not religious, Dr. Nall proceeded to hand me a bible and told me to read it, that it should help me. Very unprofessional to say the least! Needless to say, I do NOT recommend Dr. Nall.
