True, the Dr. is very nice but the staff is very unorganized. I've been a patient for 14 years and they are still messing up my files and medication refills. Nurse practiioner very nice,though. Am thinking of changing Dr., too. :(

The doctor is quite nice. However, the staff and office are a mess! Double-billing, confusion over appointments, and rudeness abound. They are so disorganized, that once the staff insisted that I had never seen that doctor before. (I've been a patient of his for four years!). Why do I stay?

I feel that Dr. Nevarez truly care and listens. He spends time with me and my family, he's not in and out like others I've had. Great doc!
