First class, serious, no-nonsense, responsive, firm (maybe a touch on the dogmatic side but really not excessively), and very responsive. Oh, I said that twice, but it's really important: you have a sick kid and he'll call you back very very quickly. Kids seem to feel comfortable with too. In fact, you see these over-age adolescents (even early 20 somethings) that can't seem to leave him. And his office is decorated in "early frog". You'll see what I mean.
