I went in because of throat issues and I did not feel that the doctor examined my throat and sinuses enough. She literally looked for about 2 seconds. I did not think much of it until I went in for an annual checkup. She did the same thing while examining my throat and I even said something about it. She told me that there was nothing to worry about. The doctor is a very nice lady, I just wish that she had taken more time while examining me.

I waited OVER an HOUR to see Dr. Levine and was told that it was due to an "emergency". I used to work in a medical office, so I can understand that. However, this was my first time visiting this doctor and she didn't even ask me my name. She never looked at me, instead looking at what was in the computer. When she did ask me a question she cut me off before I could answer. She was so rude and condescending that I was speechless. She told me that she wanted to do some blood work but I would have to come back for the physical, despite the fact that my appointment was for a physical. She should have told me that before making me wait for over an hour to be seen! She should have also extended the common courtesy of taking a few minutes to actually listen to me and assess my concerns. I get so little vacation and sick time and it was really stressful to have my time wasted! I demanded a refund of my co-pay.

I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. She was ROTTEN to my elderly mother; shouting at her instead of coming close and speaking softly. Poor communication skills and dreadful back office (doctor out sick but they failed to contact patient the day of appointment to say the appointment was cancelled-nice treatment of an 87-year old disabled person, huh?) Would not send simple lab results to the patient as requested. RUN AWAY - there are too many good doctors near Atlanta to suffer this fool. She was so busy expounding on the evils of B-12 shots and checking her little black book (perhaps an English translation?) that doctor forgot to administer B-12 shot on two separate occassions, yet charged the insurance company for it. Office looks like it was decorated by spartan drug company representatives, or that she does not plan to be in business in one place too long.

I was MOST impressed with her level of professionalism. Very thorough, both in her exam, her questions and comments. Her knowledge of my medical history most impressive on my first visit. I felt I had a Medical-care partner dedicated and interested in my well-being. BTW, this was my first exam by a female practitioner (I'm male), but I was put quite at ease by her professionalism. I truly feel that in her practise as a family, preventive-care Medicine physician, she's stellar!

Dr. Levine is tops, one of the best in the business. Very thorough.
