I have been seeing Dr. Guitierrez for over 15 years, he has been a great doctor. BUT now I am somehow being blocked from seeing him, supposedly due to insurance, but even paying cash out of pocket, his staff will not allow me to schedule an appointment or even get a message to him, or anything. His office did not even allow me to keep my appointment that I had scheduled months in advanced. And they've said that Dr Guitierrez is on vacation almost everytime I've called in the past year. Plus they will not talk to me or even explain how to make it possible to visit my doctor or fully inform me of why I can't see him. Personally I don't believe that Dr. Guitierrez even knows that his staff is doing this to me. I need to see my doctor or at least speak with him about this. I also need my prescriptions refills authorized, I have been taking medications for over 10 years and can not do with out. A. MASCHAK D.O.B. 06/13/1975
