I have repeatedly Begged the practice to fill my scripts and they have not complied on several occasions. I have gone without my medication for days at a time and I am so dependent on them it effects my schooling and my business when I am not able to take them. I was calling everyday. For weeks. I finally got to the open office and I was turned down face to face. Quote “ we usually lock the door” I am so upset and the things is it happens every month I need my medication. This doctor office. Kathy included. Should be looked at.

She never called me back..very dissappionted..i tdied and tried and thats ok..too busy i suppose..

I was referred to Dr. Reyes when my family MD felt she did not know enough about the medicines involved. I love Dr. Reyes. She is an excellent physician and been open to my suggestions etc. I have been seeing her for many years. Yes, she does not take may new patients as she is booked solid. Yes, you do wait because she does see emergencies and is involved with her patients. However, she is so effective with my medical issues, I wait when I have to.

Excellent physician, down to earth while being very professional, with excellent office assistant.

Very difficult to schedule, customer service is low on this office's list, does not respect patient time, expect unbelievably long waits. She knows her stuff, but like so many psychiatrists is quick to prescribe drugs after little input in increasing dosage and types.
