Dr Fraser has been my doctor for 30+ years. Like his other patients my greatest concern is that he will soon retire. He is very approachable, very efficient and personable. He is quick to refer to a specialist and to ensure that the best medical knowledge and expertise is available to me.

If Dr. Fraser didn't have a full case load I would recommend him to all my friends. He has been my doctor since I was a baby (30yrs). In my opinion he is the best doctor in CBS, NL. He is very approachable, helpful & punctual. He also doesn't pass off any aches and pains - he will find out what exactly is wrong by having tests done. Dr. Fraser is a very friendly man who shows that he is concerned about your problems.

One of the best physicians in practice today. Treats his patients as individuals, not just as MCP numbers. Personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Has a geniune caring way with his patients that is lacking in some doctors today. My only fear is that he will retire soon!!!
