I went to this dr on the recommendation of my primary care. The appointment was scheduled a month in advance. When I showed up to my 6:15 pm appt the waiting room was full. I filled out my paperwork, waited about a 1/2 hr and was taken back to get my vitals. The person didn't introduce themselves, had no personality I question if they even had medical training. The room I was in looked like a piecemeal exam room with office equipment on the exam table. The tech took my payment for my co-pay by writing my card number on a carbon copy credit card slip. I have never been to a dr where the nurse or medical assistant took payment from me in an exam room. I was sent back to the waiting room after this. After an hour of waiting and only seeing one of the many people in the waiting room being taken back to the dr, I asked how many people were ahead of me...three. That would mean at least another hour. Something was not right with this office. I requested all of my paperwork back and left. This was just utter disrespect for my time. I do NOT recommend trying to get in to see this Dr.

Doctor might be good but lousy staff and office scheduling stinks! Not worth the effort to get to him. When you do, he has no bedside manners Scheduling is a joke.

I find that Dr. Aaron is a good doctor, but he needs to change his scheduling system. My appointment was for 8:00 and I didn't get out of the office until 10:30. I was only in his office for about 20 minutes. The staff needs to change from scheduling every 15 minutes to every maybe every 20 to 30 minutes so that people are not waiting the morning away. Yes, it is true that Dr. Aaron is not very personable and only types information in as you respond to his questions. But say something that isn't part of the norm and he will stop and questions you further.

My experience with dr aaron is a great one I recommend him to all my friends and family whoever wrote that below is either an ex employee or a very angry person there is no way you would have to have a long distance call when I call it goes right to the other office and they are very helpful and kind he helped me with all my cancer issues try to see a dr elsewhere

Our family doctor (whom we love) referred us to Dr. Aaron because he has office hours in West Grove, PA which is very close for us. I couldn't even get past scheduling an appt for my husband. They don't answer the phones and when they do, they put you on hold forever, I hung up twice and called back because they never came back on the line after two 4 minute wait intervals. Then, when someone finally answered and started to take my husband's information, I got no further then giving his first name and I was cut off, it was one minute after twelve noon and I called right back and got the answering machine. Apparently the office closes for lunch b/t 12 and 1 and she literally cut me off and put the answering system on. I decided right then and there that there was absolutely no way I was going to take my husband to this bunch of jerks! The reviews are correct, this guy must be a clown and his staff is horrible. I am going to tell my family doc not to refer any more of his patients to this creep! By the way, since I'm in PA and was calling the Elkton, MD office, this was a long distance call for me. My blood pressure must have been through the roof by the time I was finished trying to schedule an appt, what a waste of my time! Save yourself the trouble, find another sleep specialist!!!

Great doctor! you have to wait but its worth getting the help you need to breathe

I took my daughter there because there isn't a sleep doctor within a 25 mile radius of where I live. When I called to make the apt the receptionist told me they out insurance. When I called the insurance company they told me this doctor was out of network. UGH I made the apt & went through the appropriate channels to get the apt covered. Finally when we got there he was 45 mins past our apt time. When we got into the exam room he was not personable at all. All he did was type on his laptop whatever I said & then asked ?'s that I didn't care for. Then he questioned the bruises on her legs but she is under the age of 10 & goes to summer camp in the woods. He didn't explain anything about the sleep study and then told me "I had my hands full with her." She also has a disability. I don't feel his bedside manner was good and will NOT be going back. I will take her to a pediatric sleep doctor and study. He is not good for kids.

I have left Dr. Aaron's care because I felt that once he gets you on a sleep machine he doesn't do much for you. Besides being 90 minutes late with 8-10 patients he does seem preoccuped. He does have a sense of humor however. My case was difficult and I felt he gave up trying to find out what was wrong. He also showed no interest in helping me find a medication that was suitable. One type of treatment, not individualized. Sorry Dr. Aaron, your overall grade is D+. Knowledgable, he is but didn't use that great mind of his to assist me.

They were great, very nice. The place was amazingly clean and the doctors were very sweet.

I went there for a sleep study the receptionists are very rude and do not return calls and put you on hold and never pick up and when you call back they do not answer, I will never go back to the Harvdegrace Sleep Clinic again I feel the doctor is very unfriendly and is too focused on other things when he is suppose to be taking care of you as a patient. They are the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I will be looking for a new sleep doctor.
