Could I just give her a zero! She saw my dr in emerg… told her that it wasn’t broken and to just walk on it. She was dismissive… arrogant and rude. Took my daughter to my family dr who sent her to the specialist who immediately said it was broken… and ordered her into a boot immediately. Dr. Kelly is incompetent!

This lady need to go back to school and learn something. Doesnt know very much. Tells me crohns disease doesnt affect the small intestine ever… stay away from this quack job. A google search could teach her a lilttle bit.

I saw this sad excuse for a dr in the ridge meadows er regarding my lumbar spine after my GP sent me due to the fact that I might have a condition in the lumbar spine that requires emergency surgery, or I could potentially become paralyzed from the waist down. She told me that if I tone the tummy a bit it would fix it, and basically told me that I am far and lazy and want surgery because it's the easy way out... I am in excruciating pain DAILY because of my back. She should honestly have her license revoked and give her head a shake.

Met with Dr. Kelly in emergency Friday, she ordered tests, explained everything clearly, provided notes for ongoing tests. So pleased she was available. Thank you Dr. Kelly

Horrible. Has a real problem with mental illness and people with anxiety. She says every symptom you have is just your anxiety … I saw her in the ER at ridge meadows and she was the same condescending, rude and judgemental doctor that I had 3 weeks earlier. Lacks compassion and understanding. Disrespectful and insulting

She is the most rude, condescending doctor I have ever seen. I was seen by her at the Ridge Meadows Emergency room. We need more compassionate doctor, not just a person with a medical degree. If you don’t like your job, look for something else.

She ruined my life an caused me extreme emotional turmoil for the rest of my life

Worst doctor i have ever dealt with in my 47 year life!!!! Brushed me off and sent me home!!!! Emded up in hospital 6 hours later…… everyone there was stunned to hear what had happened earlier that same day at the Cottonwood Clinic!!

Throughout the majority of my life, Dr. Kelly has treated me many, many times starting way back when I was a teenager. I have friends who have had negative experiences as patients and colleagues of hers, and a friend who was a neighbour of hers at one time has some pretty good stories, but Dr. Kelly has always been amazing to me. Not a single negative comment can be made in the 25+ years that she's treated me. I recall having to go to emerg, and thanking God that it was her who was on. There's one emerg doctor that I would crawl out of there if I had to in order to avoid him, so Dr. Kelly is a breath of fresh air compared to him. She's not perfect, but nobody is. I know that no matter what, that I'm in good hands with her.
