Excellent especially through the hurdles of Covid. Referral and follow up was prompt.

Dr Bantock has always be respectful, sincere and attentive to my needs.

Dr Bantock along with many Drs in BC should have the liscenses pulled. The amount of lives they put at risk or have denied care result in death because of there ignorance, judgments,disrespectful,laziness n just plain arrogant. This man jeopardized my life along with another dr. Not accountable for there actions one bit. Don’t bother with a complaint it’s all the patients fault Not one test was ran for the amount of symptoms I was experiencing 9 months of the most debilitating pain I was so confused scared n sick so sick he didn’t care nope don’t know what’s wrong with u. Well if no tests are ran how would u know. N when asked to run blood wrk he didn’t he run what I asked. Then yelled at me when I asked for the result of that test n when asked why not he told me to find another dr if I didn’t like it. 9 months later it’s taken me to find out I have had 1 biopsie negative thank goodness, bone spurrs beginning of osteoporosis a blood disorder, needing a major surgery, thyroid issues, acute sinusitis which almost killed me! My skull was shrinkin the optical nerve was being damaged I could barley breath lift my arms the dizziness my eye sight my eye dizziness, headaches so bad ,swollen eye balls so sick. my symptoms were so severe I could have died many people back in the day died from sinus infections it not something mess around with in my opinion. The quality of my life for 9 months has been at times the most lonely unsure scary debilitating painful, mentally feeling crazy. In my life. I knew I was sick! Just would listen or care!nDrs Bantock don’t u take n oath when becoming a DR ?When u took that OATH to become a Dr, What did that mean to you? What does that look like to you Dr.Bantock?in my opinion n experience your professionalism, knowledge, compassion, understanding, patience, being thorough oath you lacked a great deal in ALL AREAS!

Told my dad he doesn't believe in natural alternatives like Turmeric, according to him there is no proof they work, where in reality here there are multiple papers in peer reviewed journals supporting it for inflammation. Refused to order basic bloodwork for liver and kidney function for my dad when kidnry disorders run in the family and my dad has not gotten bloodwork in years. Claims it would be a "burden on the government". Doctors like this need to go. They do not keep up on the research and are more concerned with not offending thr billing review dept of College of Physicians to be advocates for their patients. Canadian medical system is pathetic. This doctor and many like him, probably the majority in this area we live in, are worse than useless on many occasions.

I have recently been accepted into “Chip’s” practice, and I’m feeling very fortunate. My partner, and his parents all started at the same time, and we ALL feel the same. His professional, thorough, gentle and caring attitude, is something that is hard to find , these days,. but he is spot on!!

My family and I have been blessed to have Dr. Bantock as our family Doctor. I never feel rushed no mater how quick the appointment. He is very knowledgeable and gets you in touch with top notch Specialists when needed. I could not be happier! Dr. Bantock and his staff are always professional, genuinely caring and helpful.
