It's impossible to get an appointment when you are sick. An appointment two weeks from now does not help me when I'm sick. Last time I went, it was for a rescheduled physical. They rescheduled, not me. Once in the exam room, an assistant came back and asked what I was there for. Umm, for my physcial. No, you can't be, I was told. We never do physicals in the afternoon. But YOU scheduled me for this time. No, that's impossible. I had a voice mail reminding me of my appointment for the physical. ARGH. They would not do it, but did apologize, and told me that the office manager would call me on Monday to get me a proper appoinment. That was a month ago. No call. Ever. I haven't seen Dr. Bray in years, but Dr. John is a sweetheart. I just wish they had much better office staff. I'm looking for a new doctor now.

I had a terrible experience in Dr. Bray's office. The staff were unprofessional and rude. The wait was extremely long (waits are expected, but this was ridiculous). The results of my lab results were communicated 3 weeks later, which is an unusually long time. Communication with the doctor is left to a voice mail system and essentially does not occur. It is unacceptable to deliver bad news to a patient on her voicemail, not be available by phone to answer her questions, and have office staff suggest that an appointment with the doctor in two months is helpful. Suffice it to say, I switched doctors. Dr. Bray appears to have decent clinical skills and medical knowledge. However, she appears to run a dysfunctional office and continues to lose patients.

Very rude when called for after-hours help. Told to come in the next business day.

I've been going to Dr. Bray for about two years and am fed up. Yes, the nurse practitioners are helpful and yes, Dr. Bray is nice, but it's impossible to get an appointment with anyone. The assistants almost go above and beyond to make you feel horrible. My sister also goes to Dr. Bray. One day she went in to pick up a prescription and before she said anything the reception turned to the other assistants and said "Ladies, we have a SB here." When my sister asked what that meant, she replied "Skinny ****."

I have never had anything but excellent care with Dr. Bray and especially, Nurse-Practitioner Terri Kemmerrer. My visits have been informative, supportive and helped greatly with whatever health concern that I had. I have been using Dr Bray since the mid-1980's and will continue to use her as my PCP in the future. All offices make you wait a bit for them, that's just the way it is! For Dr. Bray and Terri, though, the wait is worth the caring healthcare that they provide.

The first first time I went I was left on an exam room for 45 mins. When I came out the Dr and and most of her staff were gone for the day. I went back because I had heard that she was very good. This time, again. I was left in the waiting room until I came out. Her staff acted as if I was interrupting a life or death conversation. When I did meet with Dr Bray she was very attentive. However, I couldn't help but think she was being so attentive because she didn't want me to report her to Medical Board.

Dr. Bray and her staff are too busy to see patients because the prefer instead to court the drug reps all day. The office staff acts like they are doing you a favor to speak to you. I agree with the other posts that the staff are quite rude. The nurse practitioners are knowlegeable, but it is next to impossible to get an appointment with them - they tend prefer to call in prescriptions instead. After 3 horrible interactions with this office I am changing primary care provider!

The office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Dr. Bray is losing patients because of these women. I guess she doesn't mind. I was waiting for the results of a gallbladder ultrasound and was nervous about it; Dr. Bray had the results on her desk; I called at about 9:30 am and was told she would get back to me. I called again around 2:30 and was asked by the receptionist "What would you like me to do? She has your note; I can't make her return your call any faster." I was floored. I've had better, kinder service at Blockbusters.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Unprofessional office staff, lax standards. Arrogant to boot.
