Deb. Carlin stopped by the hospital to examine my children when they were born. He is kind, thoughtful, and gentle with kids. He patiently answers all of my questions, leaving room for me to make choices where there are options for how to respond to something. He was supportive of my choice to nurse into toddlerhood and encouraged me to talk to the Lactation consultant as needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Carlin.

When we suspected our teenager was using drugs, we reached out to Dr Carlin to help us explain medically the negative impact of taking drugs on the body. This was a teachable moment for our child. He failed to support us I other than to lamely tell our child using drugs is bad! Which needless to say May no impression on a teenager. He also failed to diagnose my child's appendicitis resulting in it later bursting 4 hours after he had examined him. We transferred doctors.

Dr. Carlin listens to concerns but if something is out of the "norm" or his comfort zone, he isn't very helpful nor does he put the effort in to help/find answers. Ordinary day to day straight forward things he is fine.

This doctor really cares about his patients. He knows his stuff and is always willing to explain and help when needed!

Dr. Carlin and Twelve Corners Pediatrics has been helpful and available at off-hours. Sometimes things get backed up, and wait times are a little longer. Dr. Carlin has been willing to follow-up after hours/weekends, and was available to answer questions via email when we were out of the country for 5 weeks.
