Dr. Nguyen always listens to my concerns, provides great knowledge about my conditions (I have several causing deterioration of vision), and lets me know what to expect as I age and my eyes continue to worsen. Only once in ten years have I ever had a problem with a scheduled appointment, and that was my fault because I'd mixed it up with a different doctor's appointment. He is horrible. I had cataract surgery in my left eye and things were fine for about 18 months then one morning I woke up and could not see out of my left eye. Everything was blurry. I went to see him and he told me the lens had become detached and was floating around. Two things happened. He installed it wrong or the lens was faulty and he refused to help me. I lost my insurance thanks to Obama Care and have been basically blind in my left eye and I'm suffering from headaches behind my right eye because it has to work so hard

Staff was ok. Punctuality did not exist at this office so be aware when you setup an appointment with them. I waited for 50 minutes and still was not called so I talked to 1 of 3 receptionists there. She told me that the Dr. is 45-minutes+ behind schedule but none of the receptionists offered awaiting patients to either cancel their appointments or reschedule them. So un-professional! I think it's better that they change their appointment system to first-come-first-serve system since they don't know how to handle scheduled appointments.

Dr.Nguyen did not clearly explain about diagnosis to my mother, he has no time for explanation. He went on with prescriptions without telling the side effects. He spoke the same language with my mother but he won't help further. Perhaps he have thought the Pharmacy will have someone speaking same language with my mother or he might have thought that my mother will find someone to help her with reading the manufacturer's page for those prescriptions. Allergic reactions worsen the problem. Beside the allergies, my mother doesn't even know what she was having until her family doctor explained it via interpreter. Heard about other stories of missing links in communication between Dr.Nguyen & his patients in past but never had thought it happens to my family.

Great Doctor! He operated on my son a few years ago and saved his sight as well as his life. It was a no brainer when it came for my eye surgery! Extremely concerned about our well being! Of all of the Doctor's that I have been involved with he is one of the most caring and sincere individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!His staff is a reflection of him as well.
