It may take a little while for the nurse to get back to you, but they are always really busy and do get what you need done as soon as they can. Dr. Wilbanks has always been friendly with me and right up front.Her nurses are always really friendly and helpful. I would and have reccomended Dr. Wilbanks to other people. I have never seen her "cranky".

One of the best, if not the best Drs. I have had since moving here in 1995. Nurses might take awhile to return your calls, but they are really busy. If I have a serious problem they get right on it.Her nurses are very friendly.Dr. Wilbanks is very up front with me and has taken very good care of me.Always friendly and doesn't talk down to me.
