I am sorry Deana is retiring in August but thankfully she found doctors to replace her. She is a sweet woman and her receptionists are the best in the business.

More concerned with her status amongst Duncan's "high society" than she is being an adequate physician. No doubt she slept with her professors to get her MD.

She gossips too much about patients and people in the community, and doesn't follow through on medications or referrals. She doesn't care about me as a patient.

Love Dr. Robertson. I look forward to a dr's. visit with her, something I can only say of her and not other dr's. She has good diagnostic skills, makes apt decisions but welcomes my input. She's knowledgeable yet approachable. Thanks!

All I can say,after reading some reviews she only one person just like you I wouldn,t want her job.Over all she not perfect but in this town I had worse Dr,s Russeau good luck I wish she was on Skype to talk when she had time too because sometimes it hard to get in to see almost like trying to get a parking place downtown.She,s ok I like and trust her. Dr. Robertson is an extremely pleasant and thorough Doctor. She has never rushed me through an appointment and is thorough, listening to me and discussing any problems. I could not wish for a better GP.

Dr. Robertson does not listen to her patients. She is not consistent with follow through on things (for example, making referrals and calling back with test results). I am in the process of looking for a new doctor. I would like to find someone who I feel is less judgemental and who listens to my concerns.
