When I was told I needed surgery, I was very nervous about it. Coming from New York City, I had the advantage of having it done at any of the premier hospitals in the region. After interviewing with several doctors, I wasn’t happy with the rushed and impersonal interaction I had with them. My daughter, who resides in Dallas, suggested I go to the Nicholson Clinic. I cannot say enough about the great care that I received there. My surgery was performed by Drs. Long and Roshek. These surgeons are top notch, and I had total confidence in them. Their warm and wonderful bedside manner immediately put me at ease. I was treated like a person and not just a number. All of my many questions were thoroughly answered as well as having the whole surgical procedure explained to me in depth. My surgery was immediately scheduled. I underwent laparoscopic gallbladder removal with four tiny incisions. I was sent home the same day. My recovery has been a breeze, and one week later I am back to my usual routine. I am very grateful for Drs. Long and Roshek and will always remember how they took what was a very stressful time in my life and helped me through it with ease. Thank you Drs. Long and Roshek for taking such good care of me. Added bonus- they are definitely easy on the eyes!

Dr. Roshek really spends a lot of time with his patients and helps to explain what is wrong. I had a wonderful result for both my weight loss surgery and hernia repair. I would not trust any other surgeon with my health and neither should you!

Had gastric sleeve with Dr Roshek and was amazed at the results. No pain and great results of weight loss. Surgery was smooth and would recommend his skills.

Dr. Roshek was the first surgeon to actually explain what was wrong with me (my gallbladder)! I had been to other doctors in the past who told me it was reflux and take Tums. He explained why I was hurting then used a diagram to show me how the operation works. He has wonderful bedside manner and a comfortable personality. I trust Dr. Roshek and can't thank him enough!

The staff is absolutely impossible to get a hold of. They scheduled me wrong twice. Dr. Roshek and staff did NOT give me any after care instructions just a bunch of prescriptions with no instructions. I used pain patches after a painful (and his words "unsatisfying") lipoma removal and my incision got infected. I feel this office is unprofessional and doesn't do their job of preparing for surgery or post op care.

I was very nervous about my gallbladder pain and wasn't sure about surgery. After meeting Dr. Roshek, I felt at ease. He has a wonderful bedside manner and thoroughly explained the gallbladder problem and surgery. I felt well prepared for the day of surgery and post-operative recovery. I truly believe in the laparoscopic technique, my post-operative pain was minimal. I had a great experience and can't recommend Dr. Roshek enough!

Dr. Roshek has performed two procedures on me. In early 2013 I had an endoscopy exam and three weeks ago I had my gall bladder removed by Dr. Roshek. He was very informative both times and his bedside manner is awesome! Dr. Roshek along with his staff have made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely use him again if needed.
