So, changed Dr because the first one did not communicate with me very much. Her only answers were "you have sleep apnea, use the CPAP" I cant. So I talk to this clown, and I am expressing how I had made several changes, some big, and that at home no one has noticed any of the effects. Kept trying to push the CPAP on me, that I should just do what he tells me to do etc etc. WHO THE F AM I DEALING WITH? THE MOB? I am not a Dr, I dont know this crap, but the way he talks to you, someone is going to hit him one day if he talks to normal people like that. supposed to help people, not make them feel like crap.

I found both the Overnite sleep clinic experience/the clinic itself and staff and Dr.Cridland to be WONDERFUL. I have seen many specialists over the years, for various reasons, and he was kind, patient, had a sense of humour (which really helps when you are feeling awful), knowledgable and very informative. I am looking forward to trying what he recommends. He wasn't pushy at all with his advice and was also very understanding of my questions. I felt like he took the time to listen, communicated very well and was all around just great!

Shouldn’t be practicing medicine.I wouldn’t call him a doctor .He’s a salesman for CPAP and that’s all.Go elsewhere for real treatment .

Probably the rudest dr I have ever talked to. Not sure why he is in the medical profession when he clearly doesn't like or respect people.

Saw him for my autisic child he was rude and unprofessional and abelist refused to care for him because he was disregulated and fidgeting. Told me he was manipulating me, that he had a conduct disorder and a behavioural problem. And that he needed to protect his lab techs. Proceeded to tell me about all the other autistic people he’s seen. I was so inulted I left in tears. My son wasn’t physically capable of doing what he was asking him to do and refused to accommodate his needs.

I've seen 9 different doctors for my chronic sleep disorder and Dr. Cridland is the only one who I truly believe cares about me, listens to my concerns, and provides pragmatic solutions. He has an excellent holistic approach and does not push pills. Highly recommend and appreciate him for being so supportive.

Amazing doctor. He spent the time with me to help me and he had really good advice. I’m sure he is a busy guy, but he wanted to spend the time to help me and for that, I am grateful. I didn’t feel like a number.

One of the best sleep doctors. Not a pill pusher. Actually cares about your progress and very pragmatic.

Dismissive and rude. Fires questions at you and doesn't let you give a response. Personal experience with him left me feeling very unheard even when I tried to answer his questions. The sleep clinic experience was great, however.

Bullies you if you don’t agree to his treatment. Gives you options for your sleep apnea but when you choose the option he doesn’t like he is rude and condescending, never have had an experience like this before. He abruptly ended the telephone call and hung up on me.
