I cut my finger gardening in 2015 and it wouldn't stop bleeding I went to the clinic which was at Seafair mall at that time. Dr Verma saw me immediately and she stitched up the finger. I don't agree with any negative reviews of her. She was knowledgeable and kind and skilled and she saw me for follow-up visits too. That clinic is now gone and I can't find where she's practicing now. But she was a wonderful doctor and there are no walk-in clinics anymore in this town.
Dr. Varma is a great listener and analyst. I've found her to be sensitive to situations whenever I'm in to see her. And her staff is equally friendly and efficient.
Dr. Varma is an excellent doctor who asks a lot of questions and really takes time. I am very happy for her care and have seen her for 5 years now. She is a true gem. BUT the clinic staff is not very nice. I guess it's more important that she cares a lot, even if they don't.
Dr Virma is the best doctor I seen for a long time, very helpful for my diabetes, caring and professional, thank you Dr Virma
My Wife and I have both seen this woman a few times, there is zero professionalism or care given, from leaving exam doors open to complaining about being busy. Very quick to write a prescription and non-communicative. It is sad that with so many people in Richmond we are subjected to this low level of care, the staff are also incompetent, lose records and are rude , curt and disrespectful of everyone. I assume out of the shear nessesity of clinics in this city it is tolerable but for the last 5 years or so the medical community feel like a revolving door. Ten minute intervals of dismissal , sensationalism and intolerance. DO NOT go to this woman as her days of caring for her patients are long over.
Had to see Dr. Varma at Seafair Walk-in Clinic over Easter weekend as I had some cloudy urine for a week and I'm in my third trimester. Dr. Varma was so helpful and sweet. She answered all of my questions and was very professional, patient, and caring all at the same time.
Dr. Varma is terrible. She handed me lab results after telling me I had the herpes virus, and after finding out I had a family Dr she just opened the door and told me to discuss it with my family Dr as she walked out into the hallway. No privacy or chance for questions. Just dropped a bomb on me and then brushed me off completely. She is unbelievably inadequate as a Dr and should not be practicing. I took my blood work to my family Dr when she was available, after days of stress because of Dr. Varma only to find out I DO NOT have herpes. Horrible experience.
Worst doctor ever! Everyone I know has said that too.Staff there lost my records, twice.lol
Dr Varma is a very sensible and professional acting as a real doctor should be with their patients ...She really cares for her patients ,a very dedicated doctor .
Dr Varma Cares about you she just does not send you out with a perscription and call it a day. Best advise was to tell me to stop the perscription and deal with it a different way
