She a good dr she really cares about her patients she’ll make sure she checks you for everything,she talks to you about your life ,I just love her

She is very good doctor and has compassion. She takes her time to listen and you don't feel rushed. Very knowledgeable. We are in good hands with her.

Cannot get an appointment until February 2024 and we are November 2023. The receptionist does not know how to deal with urgent care at all. She was rude and Dr. Rachelle has been on vacation for almost the whole month of November... Clearly patient care is not a priority here. I do not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Rachelle is the slowest family doctor I have ever seen. My partner can get an appointment within a week (with a different family doctor) and I, who have been waiting to be properly diagnosed, need to wait over a month for problems I have been dealing with for over 2 years. I called the doctor she referred me to and I actually could be getting a call within a few weeks before Dr. Rachelle's appointment. Something is wrong with this office. It should NEVER take more than 1 month to get checked or shall I say 2+ years to be diagnosed. I am beyond frustrated with how I am treated at this clinic. Also, she makes you feel very rushed. The last call was maybe 5 minutes and nothing more was explained as to why I was getting all these tests.
