Dr Laughlin has been my family doctor for over 30 years. He cared for my mother and father in law and continues to care for my wife and my son. He is extremely thorough, knowlegeable and I consider myself lucky to have his attention. He is truly a "Family Doctor" Tracy has always shown me understanding even under what must be challenging circumstances.

Dr Laughlin is very knowledgeable, caring physician whose passion for his patience well being is without reproach. Tracey his receptionist has always been pleasant with me. Yes it can be hard sometimes to get an appointment but with today’s health care system what doctor is readily available at the snap of your finger.

Dr. Laughlin is knowledgeable, and generally helpful. Tracy is brusque, condescending, and unhelpful to the point of being obtuse. She falls just short of being openly rude, and aggressively refuses to take appointments.

This doctors office runs on same day appointments only. It’s nearly impossible for me to get in there and this is a major problem. After finding out about my pregnancy it took me 3 weeks to be able to get in since he’s either booked full (books within minutes of opening), is closed /closes early, or out of the office until I’m working. I had blood work done and was told I should go vack in the following Monday but the reason ptionist wouldn’t book me in, only told me to call that day to book the appointment. I tried but I couldn’t get through and in less than 15 minutes they were booked. Been trying for the past 4 weeks to get in and have to now wait til December 3rd to try again since the office is closed til then. Am supposed to get results for my tests and a referral to a prenatal doctor specializing in high risk pregnancy because of type 2 diabetes, pcos, and an rh negative factor requiring a rogam shot. This is supposed to be my family doctor after my previous one retired. I’ve never seen a doctors office so poorly run in my life.

Thourough, competent and caring. Rate him the highest. Great guy in right profession.

Amazing doctor. Amazing level of care and his knowledge is better than any doctor I’ve ever ever had. He has corrected ER doctors, on call doctors etc from mistakes made with myself or children. You will not find a doctor who cares more about this patients. Love Dr. Laughlin and love Tracy. She’s wonderful. Never had any bad experiences with her either.

He's not my Doctor but I wish he was! He is an awesome no he's an amazing human. 😊 Love Gloria (receptionist) but the other secretary is messy. Eating at her computer is rude! ..and Brenda..true soul..breath of fresh air..love it when I get to run into her every once in a while 😊❤

i been trying to get into alot cause of needing surgey on ears agian and lately theres been nothing

Staff is totally disorganized when it comes to filling out forms, faxing, and dealing with insurance companies and answering the phones. You're in good hands once you finally get to the doctor. Rude receptionist.
