Excellent doctor and courteous staff!!! ...so intelligent!!!... they took very good care of me!!!

After calling to state I wanted to cancel my appointment because it was out of network I was told on the phone just come in we will except what you insurance pays and you do not have to pay the rest. My insurance pays 60%. At that appointment I was told I needed surgery. I told the doctor I am out of network. He said I’m not supposed to tell you this but we will take what your insurance pays us for the surgery and will not come after you for the remaining amount. Well I decided to hold off on the surgery and have been able to rehab myself without it. Well almost two years later and I’ve received bills for that first appointments remaining amount over and over again even after talking with the office and the billing department about what I was told and how I was not even going to come in but they said I should come in and would not be charged. Now this harassment is all over a little over $100. I could not imagine what they would be coming after me for if I actually listened to the doctor and went through with the surgery. I do not recommend going to this doctor if he is out of your network and after going through this I’m not sure I would trust him to cut me open either.

He did a fabulous job repairing my ruptured disk and eliminating my severe pain .I was cured in less than one day after surgery.

I would recommend Dr Reiter to anyone. He is second to none. I have been under his care for a year, in which time I had 4 surgeries including an emergency surgery. He always made me feel like I was too priority as did his entire staff. From Jackie up front to Mark and Brooke getting you going. They are the Best. And Brian is an amazing PA. He constantly checked in on me in the hospital (as did Dr Reiter) and made sure I was completely comfortable and understood everything that was going on. You won't find any team better to care for you. Dr Reiter made himself abailable to me 7 days a week when I was having an issue. An AMAZING physician.

I have been dealing with Dr Reiter and his staff since late in 2013.This experience culminated in two spinal fusions. ONE in 2014 and one I 2015.There has never been anything less than professional treatment through out the entire process which is still on going.

Dr. Mitchell Reiter is by far the best surgeon anyone would want to have treat them. His skills, knowledge, patience and kindness is superior. The healing process was unbelievable. No issues, only ease. That is because, he is a skilled, surgeon who is trained and who has the ability, capability, and intelligence to do so. The experience was a walk in the park. The staff is so well trained and makes the business part of the care, as easy as possible and convenient. The staff is so knowledge and experienced. Karen, the doctor's business assistant, is by far the most capable, experienced and kind. Always, trying to assist the patient, to ease the business part of the procedure. Thank-you again, Dr. Reiter and staff. the doctor's medical assistant's, are always, patient, very knowledgeable and available for any assistance that may be needed. Thank-you again everybody. Excellent care....Dr. Reiter, his assistant Brian Peterkin and his entire staff are friendly, professional and compassionate. Highly recommend for anyone contemplating surgery. Can't say enough good about them, they are people who are committed to good medical care.

Excellent Dr no other doctor would do my surgery. He estimated it at 4 hours with student assisting. It took him 8 hours with the student and one of his patners. They did an amazing job and I can walk because of him today!!!

Excellent communication to patient explaining the findings and procedure. Answered questions clearly and specifically. Very good post-surgery follow-up.

He really cares and spent a lot of time with me and my wife.
